The concept of the project is of a destination resort of an international quality, offering innovatively designed resort zones. The aim is to create a resort experience that offers year around appeal and choice of recreational activities and pursuits from active to holistic.

ALTERNATIVES AVAILABLE FOR PROVISION OF INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES :

Desalination and water provision methodology will be introduced to the Resort. Purified fresh water will be provided to the Resort. Surface reservoirs for water storage and storm – water detention.
ELECTRICITY:
Alternative arrangement will be arranged with windmills, to keep the resort away from pollution and make eco-friendly. However, conventional electricity will be accessed from West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd.
UNDERGROUND CABLING / UNDERWATER:
Cabling to supply Electricity will be run underground to enhance the visual appearance at the resort.
DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE:
Hygenic collection and storage facilities, preferably with separation for re-cycling will be introduced to the proposed resort.
DISPOSAL OF LIQUID WASTE:
Treatment will be used to purify the liquid waste and to release the effluents to Central Environmental Authority Standard.
DISPOSAL OF SEWAGE:
Individual sewage systems of the Resort will be linked to the proposed main sewage system, to produce bio gas to generate electricity and will be as per norms set by the Environment Standard.
