The real estate market in Kolkata is in a bit of a fix due to the various land policies and synidicates.
Initially the prices of properties were high, but due to low demand, they were lowered.
Also with the formation of the new government, the market is expected to change, as up and coming projects are to to launch by this year's Durga Puja/ Diwali.
